What is CoPN ?
The productivity of an oil palm plantation is influenced by various factors, including the quality of planting materials produced at the nursery stage. The Code of Good Nursery Practices for Oil Palm Nurseries (CoPN) establishes the general requirements to ensure the production of genuine, high-quality planting materials. As the nursery represents the initial stage in the oil palm production supply chain, it is imperative that planting materials are produced by licensed and competent producers to maintain industry standards and integrity

Yuran pengauditan CoPN adalah merangkumi kos pentadbiran dan kos logistik seperti berikut:

Pelaksanaan mandatori Pensijilan CoPN berkuatkuasa bermula 1 Julai 2022 dan ianya telah menjadi salah satu syarat lesen di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Lembaga Minyak Sawit Malaysia (Pelesenan) 2005.
Permohonan Pensijilan CoPN adalah mengikut lesen MPOB. Sekiranya mempunyai tiga lesen, premis perlu membuat tiga permohonan pensijilan CoPN.
Tindakan penguatkuasaan seperti surat amaran atau kompaun akan dilaksanakan terhadap premis terlibat.
✔ Boleh, tetapi penjualan hanya dibenarkan di antara semaian (NN) ke tapak semaian (NN) yang lain sahaja.
